Amy Snow is Vice President and Chief of Staff for HSB and a member of the HSB senior management team. In this role, she provides strategic support to HSB’s CEO and helps drive progress on critical strategy development and implementation topics. Currently, Ms. Snow is serving as the executive sponsor for the Digital Customer Experience program. She also plays a leadership role regarding HSB’s interconnections within Munich Re’s U.S. P&C Operations and the Munich Re Group.
Ms. Snow joined HSB in 2002 as a project manager, drawing upon her years of consulting experience to lead several HSB corporate projects. In January 2012 she became Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and in 2019 formally assumed the role of Chief of Staff to the CEO.
Ms. Snow began her career at Accenture (Andersen Consulting) where she reached the position of manager serving public sector clients. She worked for five years leading a significant transformation project and then running IT for the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families. Ms. Snow’s final career step before joining HSB was a small, Connecticut-based software company where she was hired to lead Recruiting, Training and Career Development for the Professional Services division. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Cornell University.
