Terry Dyson joined HSB UK and Ireland in 2019 and was appointed to Commercial Director in 2022, responsible for the strategic and operational leadership for sales, business development, partnership management, trading underwriting and operational claims.

From 2019 to 2022, Terry was Director of Business Development and Distribution. 

Prior to joining HSB, Terry was UK Business Development Director - Commercial Risk Solutions for RSA. His career includes various senior sales management roles within RSA and National Vulcan.

Terry has over 35 years' experience in the engineering and insurance industry, developing and successfully implementing distribution and business development strategies, managing key client and customer relations and ensuring regulatory compliance for intermediaries.
