Mathilda Götz joined HSB UK & Ireland in June 2026 as Director of Strategy & Propositions.

Prior to this, Mathilda joined Munich Re in 2009 and has contributed across various sectors, including spearheading the Group's global transformation and re-branding campaign, leading the first cyber campaign, and co-founding a cyber corporate start-up and, most recently, leading strategy and business development for Munich Re's New and Green Tech Division. Prior to joining Munich Re, Mathilda held transformation roles with BMW Group and Rodenstock GmbH. Mathilda has also previously worked with HSB as a Strategy Consultant, supporting the development of our building warranty propositions.

Mathilda holds a Diploma in Digital Product Design (Dipl. Univ.) and a BSc in Economics and Business from the University Hagen.
