David Swigciski joined HSB’s warranty and building control business, Premier Guarantee, in March 2024 as Managing Director.

Prior to joining, David worked as Director of Client Service at DAS UK Group, with responsibility for their underwriting, proposition, marketing, distribution, and technical claims across their BTE and ATE portfolios. Prior to this, David led on a number of strategic and operational improvements at RSA for their specialty insurance businesses, situated in the engineering, marine and power, and construction sectors.

David has over 20 years of specialist insurance experience, and a proven track record for growing insurance businesses sustainably and profitably.
