Financial statements 2017

Thanks to the capital strength, Munich Re was able to well withstand the high losses from natural catastrophes and posted a consolidated result of €392m for 2017. Subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting Munich Re will pay a dividend of €8.60 per share, as in the previous year.
