Jim Craig
James (Jim) Craig leads the team underwriting life science risk as part of Munich Re Specialty – North America’s Healthcare team. He brought his more than 30 years of experience to Munich Re in 2025 to launch the Life Science product. Based in the Chicago office, Jim helps brokers navigate complex and evolving exposures. He holds a history and business degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and collaborates closely with internal and external partners to deliver disciplined underwriting, thoughtful risk assessment, and long-term value for healthcare and life sciences clients.
