    General description

Many liability LoBs cover AI-related risks, seldom explicitly, more often tacitly. This ranges from the obvious (motor, product liability, D&O) to the less apparent (e.g. PI, EPLI, GL). Both the available technology and the legal framework are evolving rapidly. At this stage, even a very preliminary forecast of potential loss scenarios is challenging and existing litigation is still very random. The seminar will outline some ideas of what might be in store for liability insurers.
