    General description

In advance of the 1/1 renewals, this seminar highlights selected relevant factors and developments that significantly influence the cover design and pricing process of traditional reinsurance (treaty).

These factors include, for example, macroeconomic scenarios such as a persistently high level of inflation, but also various insurance-related topics such as cyber risks (incl. cyber war), political risks, the modelling of natural hazards and the importance of data analytics.

As current economic conditions pose a particular challenge for reinsurance buyers, these topics will be a focus of the seminar. All seminar topics relate to their significance and impact on traditional reinsurance in the main lines of property, casualty and marine.
