The session will provide an overview of the D&O marketplace (focus Australia)  including a segment breakdown between public and private company D&O.
We will go through the current market trends, look at what is driving purchasing behaviour and consider the impact of new capacity out of the London market. We will also examine existing and emerging claims trends, including securities class actions, climate change litigation, economic headwinds, and look at some specific industry overviews, including property, construction and financial institutions.
