Munich Re announces another step in developing its US-specialty primary insurance position

To further align its operations in profitable and expertise-based niche segments of US-primary insurance; a specialty insurance platform under the leadership of Doug Elliot, President and CEO of Hartford Steam Boiler, has been created. Under this new structure the continued expansion of Munich Re’s specialty insurance business in the US will be facilitated.
