    UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, informed us in accordance with Section 21, para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its voting rights in our company had fallen below the 3% threshold on 15 May 2007 and then amounted to 1.86% (4,123,630 voting rights). 0.45% (994,445 voting rights) are attributable to UBS AG in accordance with Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, item 1 of the WpHG.
