You identify candidates who are the perfect fit, expand horizons and help colleagues grow and drive their careers. As part of our Talent Acquisition Team you identify talent that’s a perfect fit. Working with our HR Business Partners and Learning & Development groups, you accompany our employees’ journey through the company from their very first day. You collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, Talent Management and other HR teams to manage the key to Munich Re’s success, the most valuable asset we have – our people.
You translate corporate strategy into messages that resonate. As a part of our global Corporate Communications Team you build a dialogue with internal stakeholders and the media. You manage the communication of our brand, advising the organisation in how it communicates facts and ideas. You help colleagues fine-tune their messages and to get the word out to target audiences.
As a member of Compliance and Legal you work with multidisciplinary teams, act as a legal advisor, or serve reinsurers and primary insurers in a regulatory function. You are instrumental in organising our Annual General Meeting and act as the point of contact for our shareholders.
As a procurement professional for a leading reinsurer with a global presence your job is outward focused. You collaborate with stakeholders at Munich Re and suppliers from various sectors, gaining a wealth of cross-industry experience. You handle a range of projects, buying products and services, and negotiate and manage our contracts. You balance quality, cost and time while ensuring transparency, compliance and efficiency.
