    Educational Assistance Program

Munich Reinsurance Company of Canada encourages studies that will be mutually beneficial to the employee and the Company. While outside courses and designations do not guarantee advancement, education can be an important factor to the employee’s progress.

Eligible full-time employees can receive financial assistance for approved courses and materials taken at accredited institutions, including classes which lead to industry designations.

Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) & Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) Programs

To attract, develop and retain the top insurance talent in the industry and contribute to the continual development of employees, the Company strongly encourages all employees to take courses offered by the Insurance Institute of Canada. Costs of all courses and examination fees are paid as well as awards on the successful completion of the CIP and FCIP designations.

    Actuarial Study Program

Our Actuarial Study Program recognizes and awards individuals having passed Actuarial exams and obtaining Actuarial designations.
