Services:

We provide expert analysis on natural and non-natural property perils and exposures, including technical and scientific catastrophe risk modeling issues. We evaluate and work with you to address catastrophic exposures arising from property and casualty lines of business.

Our unbundled service model allows you to use TPAs approved by us. We can assist in your TPA search, accessing professional administrators that are most appropriate for your geographic reach and for the classes of business you write. Our claims experts provide oversight of TPAs on primary program business. Our ongoing evaluations can generate recommendations to ensure the continued quality of claims handling, claims staff, and claims systems.

In addition, we can work with you and your TPA (or in-house claims department) to create and define loss prevention strategies, optimize the underwriting process, and provide solution-oriented guidance on claims beyond your in-house or TPA’s expertise or authority.

Our Claims professionals are among the most experienced in the industry. We work in close partnership with clients and our underwriting teams to provide solution-oriented guidance and feedback. Then we take that a step further, working with you to create and define loss prevention strategies and optimize the underwriting process. Our expertise is available to help clients solve a wide range of claims challenges. We can help you to:

  • Ensure the adequacy of your reserves
  • Better manage catastrophic injury claims
  • Successfully resolve coverage issues
  • Review policy exclusion language
  • Improve settlement evaluation and negotiation processes
  • Enhance effectiveness of a claims unit through due diligence reviews, claims and operational audits and similar activities
Our policy rating and issuance system can be used by your operation to support standard ISO lines and workers’ compensation. Other lines may be available on these platforms with customization. If you have your own policy management systems, we will work with you to create the best interfaces between your systems and ours. And, our unique client portal centralizes all the tools you need, from underwriting and claims, to quoting and binding business online seamlessly.
Our insurance experts develop innovative insurance solutions to cover risks with unusual or unique characteristics. We work with you to tailor coverage to meet the special needs of your homogeneous group or association program business.
