Tracy has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, working with both direct carriers and reinsurers. Her deep understanding of clients' needs and the evolving industry landscape enables her to develop comprehensive traditional and non-traditional solutions spanning the entire reinsurance value chain. She particularly enjoys collaborating with clients to find innovative solutions that expand access to insurance while optimizing capital usage and profitability. 

Fun fact: Tracy lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband and two teenage sons. She is an avid fan of the Sixers, Phillies, and Eagles and attends all home games when she’s not on the road visiting clients!
