Ms. Quah leads a team of data scientists and engineers focused on developing analytic solutions using traditional and emerging data sources, leveraging AI and machine learning algorithms. Her analytic practice areas include mortality and morbidity modeling, risk selection models for underwriting and pricing, and new data sources such as electronic health records (EHRs) and wearables. Most recently, she led the development of Automated EHR Summarizer, an industry-leading innovation that intelligently and intuitively leverages EHR data to provide triage guidance and make the core data points essential for life insurance underwriters readily available. Ms. Quah joined Munich Re in 2016 and has over 20 years of industry experience.
