If you send us an e-mail or complete and submit online forms on our website, we will use any personal data you provide (such as your name and e-mail address) to correspond with you, i.e. to send you the documents or information you requested, or for the other purpose(s) stipulated on the individual form. In addition, for networking purposes, we will only share your contact details (first name, family name, company, e-mail address) with others participating in the same event – unless you decline this permission by sending a separate mail during the registration process.
