BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London has informed us according to Section 21, para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Advisors Holdings Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., in our company had fallen below the threshold of 3% on 13 November 2014 and as of this date totalled 2.90% (5,011,813 voting rights). Thereof 2.07% (3,585,446 voting rights) are attributable to it in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 1, 0.04% (62,786 voting rights) in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 2 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG and 1.03% (1,783,658 voting rights) in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock International Holdings Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., in our company had fallen below the threshold of 3% on 13 November 2014 and as of this date totalled 2.90% (5,011,813 voting rights). The share of the voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, in our company had fallen below the threshold of 3% on 13 November 2014 and as of this date totalled 2.90% (5,011,813 voting rights). Thereof 2.07% (3,585,446 voting rights) are attributable to it in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 1, 0.04% (62,786 voting rights) in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 2 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG and 1.03% (1,783,658 voting rights) in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

Each total amount stated above does not necessarily equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results from voting rights having multiple attributions within the BlackRock group structure.
