    Société Générale SA, Paris, France, informed us of the following on 6 November 2012: it retracts its notification in accordance with Section 25a para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act that on 3 August 2012 it had exceeded the 5% threshold, which was published by us on 6 September 2012. No threshold was exceeded and the proportion of voting rights as per Section 25a of the German Securities Trading Act remained below 5%.
