    UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, informed us in accordance with Section 21, para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting rights in our company had exceeded the threshold of 3% on 29 April 2009 and totalled 3.64% (7,191,441 voting rights). Thereof 0.78% (1,545,247 voting rights) are attributable to UBS AG in accordance with Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 1 of the WpHG.
