Release of an announcement according to Section 21 WpHG

On 2 September 2008 Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Limited, London, England, informed us in accordance with Sections 21, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), that it revokes the notification of voting rights dated 7 April 2008 regarding our company, made public on 10 April 2008 as at the time stated in the notification, no thresholds had been reached and thus no obligation of notification existed.

This notification is based on the fact that Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Ltd. fulfils the requirements of Section 32 para. 2 through 4 InvG, Section 22 para. 3a WpHG, Section 29a para 3 WpHG.
