Leadership Inspiring Mutual Advancement (LIMA) Programme

What is LIMA?

Launched in June 2019, the LIMA programme is a training initiative born out of MRoA’s desire to develop skills, advance leadership and encourage thought leadership that is relevant in the digital age. The LIMA programme fully adopts the concept of digitalisation and provides participants with all the necessary tools and resources to achieve technical development goals and personal development aspirations, while connecting talented insurance practitioners with one another.

Our vision for LIMA is to cultivate thought leadership in Africa by nurturing leaders with the potential to inspire meaningful advancement of the insurance sector in a sustainable manner.

What it offers?
