Retained Limits Policy Update Center

As a market leading Public Entity insurer, we are excited to announce the refresh to our Retained Limits policy. The policy refresh includes important, constructive changes, including a new section in the Common Conditions streamlining the application of Retained Limits and Excess Limits available for interrelated claims. Additional changes to definitions and exclusions ensure the Retained Limits policy more closely aligns with ISO wording. Please note: The policy look, feel, and overall structure will remain the same, and no Coverage Parts were added or removed.
