A subject matter expert in emergency management and homeland security, Lindsey engages across CISA, DHS, and FEMA on cybersecurity policy, technical assistance, and critical infrastructure protection. She has tracked implementation of the CARES Act, American Rescue Plan, and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, led federal advocacy campaigns on disaster preparedness, recovery, and flood insurance policy, and testified before the U.S. House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. Lindsey began her career in the field, leading a community emergency response team, coordinating state public assistance, and designing national-level security exercises, bringing practitioner experience to her policy work.
