    There are a number of important forms for you to review and complete when joining a new organization. To make this process smoother (and save a few trees while we're at it!), we've enabled electronic signatures for many of our documents. This allows you to review, sign and submit your required documentation from the comfort of your home, and ensure all of your paperwork is completed on a timely basis.

    Electronic Signatures

    Our electronic signature service is secure and SSL encrypted, ensuring your information remains completely confidential. For information on electronic signatures, click here. Once completed, your signed forms are sent directly to HR to begin your setup.

    Employee Information Form

    This form captures all of the information required with regards to emergency contact, direct deposit, home address, etc

    Information Protection Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring that all information within our care and control is managed with the utmost professionalism and in the strictest confidence. To reflect that commitment, we ask that you review and sign our Information Protection Policy document. 

    Munich Re Code of Conduct

    The Munich Re Code of Conduct represents our guiding principles for legally correct and responsible behaviour by employees and reflects the values that bind us.

    Please take the time to read through the Code of Conduct before signing the acknowledgement form within the New Employee Form Package. 

    Tax Forms

    There are a few tax forms that are not available through our electronic signature platform. For your convenience, these can all be filled in electronically. Please complete both the federal and applicable provincial forms and email them to Human Resources within 3 days of receiving your welcome email.

    Please note: Government legislation requires that the forms are in hard copy and the signature is completed in pen ink.

    Please adjust the date of signature if required and ensure that it is correct before printing and signing these forms.
