Jennifer Ughetta Named Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Munich Re’s US Property & Casualty Operations

Princeton, 17 February 2015 – Jennifer Ughetta has been named Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Munich Re’s US P&C Operations, effective March 2, 2015. She will replace Daniel Fisher, who was recently appointed Head of Munich Re Global HR Strategy. Ughetta will be a member of the Munich Re US P&C Executive Board, as well as the Munich Re America Leadership Team. In addition to her regional Human Resources role, she will have responsibility for heading the Munich Re America Human Resources Division, and the head of the Regional Facilities team will report to her as well.

Currently, Ughetta leads the HR Business Partner function for Munich Re America. Since joining the company in 1997, she has held a variety of positions in Human Resources, including building and leading the Regional Talent Management & Development organization, designing and implementing the HR Service Center, leading the Staffing & Global Mobility function, and implementing an integrated talent, performance and learning framework and technology solution across multiple Munich Re US companies.

She has a Masters of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute. Most recently Jen participated in the Munich Re global Future Excellence in Leadership (FUEL) development program for future leaders.
