MR HealthTech Ltd’s core health insurance system selected by global health service leader
- MR HealthTech Ltd, in collaboration with Deloitte Consulting LLP, to provide Cigna Global Health Benefits with its MedNeXt health insurance administration system
- This will deliver Cigna a single, global policy and claims administration platform in the cloud, to support current and future operational needs
MR HealthTech Ltd, one of the world’s leading technology partners to the health insurance industry and a division of Munich Re, will be providing Cigna Global Health Benefits with its MedNeXt health insurance administration system. Cigna Global Health Benefits has more than 35 years of experience providing globally mobile employees with a complete range of integrated medical benefits products.
MedNeXt is an innovative administration system designed to support all core functions of health insurance end-to-end. It decreases the complexity of creating and managing complicated health insurance products, enhances customer experience throughout the claims process and provides tools for successful portfolio management.

The implementation of the platform will be carried out jointly by Deloitte Consulting LLP and MR HealthTech Ltd. Once completed, the MedNeXt health insurance administration system will transform Cigna Global Health Benefit’s service delivery, including product, client set-up, eligibility and enrolment, premium billing and claims.
