HR Awards 2021: MRHT won the Silver Award for Best Talent Management Strategy and Initiative

In HR Awards 2021 that took place on the 25th of October, we were honored to receive the Silver award for Best Talent Management Strategy and Initiative with the #MRHTTalentNOW,   our multidimentional talent strategy which aims to nurture talent across the organisation.

In MR HealthTech we recognize that all employees are or can evolve into talents with a culture of continuous learning and development. In our company we develop a wide range of actions, starting from an individual development plan that is enriched with   modern methods of professional development, preparing the next leaders that will be developed within the company.  

In this context, we design and implement training programs while we also provide the appropriate tools in order to achieve our talent developent.
