Preparedness and preventative measures we are taking
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to change in its scope and impact, and at HSB Canada we are doing everything we can to provide uninterrupted service to our customers and partners while respecting health and safety. The well-being of HSB Canada’s employees, customers, partners and our communities continues to be our top priority.
The vast majority of our employees are now working from home to support physical distancing. We have a very limited number of staff on-site, on a rotating basis, to receive mail, courier deliveries and handle cheque distribution. Our emergency management group continues to meet regularly to monitor the situation and update our actions as the situation changes.
We recognize the uncertainty businesses are facing at this unusual time. HSB Canada pledges to assist in any way, reasonable and practicable, to ensure the services we provide remain robust, responsive and wholly supportive. We understand and we are empathetic; we are in this together.
If there are concerns regarding the renewal or payment of any policies, please be assured we will work with you to ensure a continuity of coverage.
