Neha Thaker

Neha Thaker is Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Transformation (COSIT) at HSB, reporting to the CEO. Based in Hartford, CT, she translates enterprise strategy into disciplined execution and measurable results, leading transformation initiatives across strategy, operating models, platforms, and processes. She drives cross-functional delivery and fosters collaboration across HSB Group (US, UK, Canada, Solomon, GEIS)alongside Munich Re and Global Specialty Insurance leadership.​

​She holds an MBA from the University of Hartford, a CPCU designation, a Harvard Business School Executive Certification, and a Prosci Change Practitioner certification, with 22+ years of experience in insurance and reinsurance, including prior roles at Travelers and Sun Life.​

​Beyond HSB, Neha serves on the University of Hartford Board of Visitor sand her town's Affordable Housing Committee and is an active DEI advocate and mentor known for bringing structure and momentum to ambiguous challenges.
