Ross Mayne
Chief Executive Officer  

Over the last 25 years, Ross has gained in-depth knowledge and expertise of both the insurance business and the IT industry. He held senior roles at insurance software provider ALLFINANZ Ltd. when it was acquired by Munich Re in 2007 and became CEO of Munich Re Automation Solutions Ltd the next year. Ross graduated from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.

Paul Duggan
Chief Financial Officer /Chief Operating Officer

Paul is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in leading financial strategies for global tech corporations. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Munich Re Automation Solutions, he drives financial and operating performance to deliver sustainable growth. With a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale budgets, Paul is a strategic thinker who leverages data-driven insights to guide decision-making. His expertise in financial planning and analysis, risk management, and transformational change has enabled him to drive operational efficiencies and maximize shareholder value. In addition to being a chartered accountant, Paul holds an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Transversal Skills.

Alby van Wyk
Chief Commercial Officer

Alby has worked in financial services for over 25 years; including in portfolio management and direct insurance in Cape Town, South Africa and fintech dotcom start-ups in London, UK.   He then joined Insurtech start-up, ALLFINANZ, now known as Munich Re Automation Solutions, forming part of the leadership team that built the business into a global leader in Automated Underwriting and Analytics solutions. Taking on various business development and management roles over the years, Alby has lived and worked in the UK, the US, Japan, Singapore and Australia in helping grow and establish the business globally.

Sandra Kelly
HR Director

Sandra is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Sandra has a strong passion for human resources and a commitment to fostering positive work environments. Sandra has a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative HR programs that align with business objectives and promote employee well-being.   With an ability to build high-performing teams and develop strong relationships with stakeholders, she provides strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership team.

In addition to her professional achievements, Sandra is an advocate for continuous learning and professional development. She holds a BA (Hons) in HRM and a Dip in Strategic HRM from UCC.   She is passionate about creating a supportive work culture where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to achieve their full potential.

Colm Kennedy
Chief Product Officer  

Colm joined the business in April 2009. Previously, Colm was Chief Operating Officer for Newbay Software where he was a key member of the executive management team that rapidly grew the company, leading to its acquisition by RIM. Prior to Newbay, Colm was co-founder at Compisol, a private software company specialising in software services for the financial services sector, recognised in the Deloitte Fast 50 as one of Ireland's fastest growing companies. Colm frequently speaks at technology events and has published work in the engineering field.  

Darren Dempsey
Chief Cloud Architect

With 25 years of professional experience in software development across several industries, Darren has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to draw upon. He is dedicated to providing strategic guidance on cloud technologies and digital transformation while leading the development and operations of our Cloud Platform. Darren graduated from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Fausto Teghillo
Information Security Officer

Fausto’s IT experience dates back to the days of floppy floppy disks, Ks of memory and the soothing sound of dot matrix printing, Aside from some exploratory excursions in the worlds of acoustic engineering and desktop publishing, he has held IT roles at Allfinanz and Munich Re Automation Solutions before embracing his long held interest in security and stepping into the role of Information Security Officer.
