    We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Outstanding Contribution to Diversity & Inclusion award at the Cover Women in Protection and Health Awards. The award goes to an organisation that has gone above and beyond to champion diversity and inclusion. This recognition highlights our commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging in our work ecosystem.

    Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are core values that are critical to our business strategy, which is why we established three strategic pillars underpinned by data, multi-dimensionality & intersectionality, active employee engagement and consistent communications, to drive change and achieve successful DEI outcomes.

    Our three strategic pillars:

    1. Attract Workforce Diversity through inclusive recruitment
    2.  Grow workplace equity through inclusive sponsorship
    3. Inspire an inclusive culture through continuous learning
    To make meaningful progress on our DEI strategy, we implemented a governance structure that includes the DEI Steering Committee, the DEI Council, and DEI Champions. This governance frame fosters collaboration and represents how dedicated groups support the execution of our strategy.

    Taking place on the 2nd of May, the Cover Women in Protection and Health Awards celebrates and honours the achievements of leading women in the life, protection, and health insurance industry. The annual event applauds the contributions of those who serve as role models, mentors, and advocates for diversity within the industry. We are excited to participate in this event and continue our commitment to championing DEI.
