Andrew Burke joined HSB UK & Ireland in June 2025, initially appointed as a Non-Executive Director before becoming Chief Executive Officer in September 2025.  

Prior to joining HSB UK & Ireland, Andrew was Chief Executive Officer at DAS UK Group which comprised a legal expenses insurance company and a law firm. Before that, he spent 13 years at RSA in various UK and emerging market roles, including CEO - Central & Eastern Europe and the Middle East (CEEME) and, most latterly, CEO - Emerging Markets.

Andrew has 30 years of commercial, senior functional, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Director roles in blue chip businesses.

Andrew graduated from Plymouth Polytechnic with a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
