    Terry is Vice President, Treaty Client Management for HSB Canada.

    Terry joined HSB in 2021 with over 20 years’ experience with a major insurer, leading teams, driving change, and achieving long-term profitability and sustainable growth.  His experience extends to driving transformational change with a focus on customer experience and incremental, perpetual improvement.  Terry has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Calgary and a certificate from Ivey Business School’s Executive Leadership Program. The Board of Directors appointed him Vice President in 2022.
