    Our mission

The current market environment provides significant uncertainties. The consequences of climate change, cyber risks on the rise and high inflation are the main challenges for our industry these days. To understand the latest technical developments which are the basis for new product offering, a diversified sales approach and smart claims management is key.

Munich Re offers on-site and online seminars, workshops and conferences on topics where we have leading-edge expertise. Thanks to our worldwide operations, we can share the technical insights, risk management approaches, practical examples and in‑depth proficiency of regulatory requirements. This also allows us to seek dialogue with our clients in collaborative formats.

Your choices for on-site and online seminars

If you are interested in one of our seminars, please get in touch with your client manager or responsible underwriter.

    Target group

Munich Re’s client programmes are an exclusive offering for our most important clients, and places are limited.

    Language skills

Please note that most of our client programmes are in English. To ensure an efficient exchange with fellow participants from around the world and with Munich Re experts, participants should be fluent in business English and be familiar with specific technical terms.

    Booking process

Kindly note that direct booking/reservation of online seminars is not possible. If you are considering taking part in a particular seminar, please contact your client manager or responsible underwriter.

Once your reservation has been accepted, you will receive an official registration form for enrolment.

Munich Re covers the cost of on-site seminars, but travel and accommodation costs must be borne by the participants.

For all other matters, you can also contact the seminar team directly at clientseminars@munichre.com

    IDD Acknowledgement

Final acknowledgement for CPD purposes (continuing professional development with 15 hrs/year training in accordance with the IDD) is ultimately the decision of the regional regulator. Confirmation of participation will therefore be provided to participants to allow them to include their attendance in their training/qualification history.
