Ross Mayne
Chief Executive Officer  

Over the last 25 years, Ross has gained in-depth knowledge and expertise of both the insurance business and the IT industry. He held senior roles at insurance software provider ALLFINANZ Ltd. when it was acquired by Munich Re in 2007 and became CEO of Munich Re Automation Solutions Ltd the next year. Ross graduated from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.

Colm Kennedy
Chief Product Officer  

Colm joined the business in April 2009. Previously, Colm was Chief Operating Officer for Newbay Software where he was a key member of the executive management team that rapidly grew the company, leading to its acquisition by RIM. Prior to Newbay, Colm was co-founder at Compisol, a private software company specialising in software services for the financial services sector, recognised in the Deloitte Fast 50 as one of Ireland's fastest growing companies. Colm frequently speaks at technology events and has published work in the engineering field.  

Alby van Wyk
Chief Commercial Officer

Alby has worked in financial services for over 25 years; including in portfolio management and direct insurance in Cape Town, South Africa and fintech dotcom start-ups in London, UK.   He then joined Insurtech start-up, ALLFINANZ, now known as Munich Re Automation Solutions, forming part of the leadership team that built the business into a global leader in Automated Underwriting and Analytics solutions. Taking on various business development and management roles over the years, Alby has lived and worked in the UK, the US, Japan, Singapore and Australia in helping grow and establish the business globally.
