Biography

Jen Marquino
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Marquino leads the company’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring strong fiscal governance and alignment across all business areas. In this role, she is focused on enhancing financial transparency and efficiency to support better decision-making and deliver greater value to clients.  

Previously, Ms. Marquino served as Chief Actuary for Munich Re Life US, where she oversaw the company’s Corporate Actuarial Department, and was responsible for all reserve and capital reporting. 

Prior to joining Munich Re in 2020, Ms. Marquino served as a Vice President of Ohio National Financial Services. She began her career at New York Life and progressively held successive leadership positions at Sun Life Financial and Ernst & Young. 

Ms. Marquino is a Member of the Advisory Board and Finance Committee for the Anchor Program Fund, a non-profit organization supporting the Town of Hempstead’s Camp ANCHOR (Answering the Needs of Citizens with Handicaps through Organized Recreation).
