Medical Plan

Our health care benefits program plays an integral role in helping you and your family maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our medical, dental, and wellness programs are designed to provide you with the essential coverage you need should a health issue arise. Many of our options cover the same type of medically necessary services and supplies, including prescription drug, and employee assistance and behavioral health care benefits.

Employees have their choice of a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or a Consumer Driven Healthcare Plan (CDHP).

Dental Plan

Our Dental Plan covers a broad range of dental services including preventative, diagnostic, restorative, prosthodontic, periodontic and orthodontic care with no network restrictions.

Health Resources

Best Doctors

Sometimes, individuals and families face overwhelming, complex medical decisions. To assist employees during these difficult times, we provide a confidential, free medical resource service through Best Doctors. Best Doctors gives you the opportunity to consult with some of the world's top specialists – doctors who review your medical records and confirm your diagnosis and treatment for a variety of illnesses. They can also help your doctor identify a wrong diagnosis or a safer and/or more effective treatment.

CIGNA Employee Assistance Program

In addition, we offer CIGNA’s Employee Assistance Program as a confidential resource to help you and your family members with personal and work/life balance issues such as parenting, legal consultation, senior care, child care and much more. Telephone assessments are available from professional counselors, 24 hours each day, seven days a week.

Out-of-pocket Health Care

Out-of-pocket health care can help reduce your taxable income while saving for the expenses you anticipate each year. Employees may elect to set aside pre-tax contributions and direct those contributions into a Health Care Spending Account and/or Dependent Care Spending Account. Contributions to a Health Care Spending Account can be used for out-of-pocket health care expenses while contributions to a Dependent Care Spending Account can be used for dependent day care expenses.

Life and Group Insurance

Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. offers you a number of insurance benefits to ease the burden of a life-altering illness, accident or injury. In addition, we provide you with income protection through both salary continuation (and short-term disability, where applicable) and long-term disability.

Financial Security

We make a commitment to helping eligible employees achieve long-term financial security. We do this by encouraging employees to save for their retirement by making savings convenient and attractive. Our Savings Plan features a variety of investment options and a generous company contribution, including a match component. Overall the retirement benefits are attractive for employees at every stage of their career.

  • Our Retirement Savings Plan consists of a company contribution into a company-created 401(k) account on the employee's behalf. The amount of the contribution is based on a percentage of an employee's base pay and eligible bonus.
  • Our 401(k) Savings Plan consists of (a) the employee's contribution; and (b) a company match on the first 5 percent of the employee's voluntary contributions.

Vacations and Holidays

Eligible employees can earn anywhere from three to five weeks of paid vacation each year depending on the employee's position, salary level, and length of service. In addition, eligible employees also enjoy 10 standard holidays, 6 early closings, and 4 optional days each year.

Personal Insurance

Employees can purchase personal lines of insurance from MetLife® Auto & Home through convenient payroll deductions. In addition to auto and homeowners coverage, employees can take advantage of group discounted rates for Renters, Condominium, Boat owners, Mobile Home, Recreational Vehicle, and Personal Excess Liability insurance.

Flex Forward
