Dennis Taylor is Vice President, Corporate Services of Munich Re U.S. (Life) and a member of the executive leadership team.
Since joining Munich Re in July 2008 to provide leadership and direction to the company’s Human Resources department, Mr. Taylor has built strategic business partnerships, enhanced talent and leadership management and development, and improved the overall HR function throughout North America. He also provides executive oversight for Corporate and Business Communications, Facilities and Office Services.
Prior to joining Munich Re, Mr. Taylor held leadership roles in several industry verticals including document management, information management, manufacturing and public utilities. Mr. Taylor developed and implemented strategic changes to the human resources function within each of these sectors, which increased productivity and efficiency while enabling the achievement of corporate objectives.
Mr. Taylor is a graduate of California State University, Hayward with a Master of Business Administration and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Certified Compensation Professional, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Black MBA Association and a member of the Board of Directors for Sickle Cell Disease Association of America.
