Munich Re Specialty Group North America (MRSGNA) is part of Munich Re, one of the top providers of reinsurance, primary insurance, and insurance-related risk solutions in the world. Redefining the boundaries of insurance, MRSGNA is the holding company representing insurance offerings via two distinctive operating entities—Munich Re Specialty Group Insurance Services, Inc. (MRSGIS) and Roanoke Insurance Group Inc. (Roanoke).

MRSGIS provides insurance solutions for retail and wholesale insurance brokers. It has broad underwriting authority for the Munich Re Syndicate Limited (MRSL), which operates as the Lloyd’s of London Syndicate 457. MRSGIS underwrites various specialty lines including cyber, tech E&O, terrorism, active assailant, political violence, and ocean and inland marine.

Roanoke is a retail and wholesale broker representing several top-rated insurance carriers. It is also a Lloyd’s of London cover holder for MRSL and Managing General Underwriter for American Alternative Insurance Corporation. Roanoke focuses on various insurance and surety bond products and services for companies involved in transportation, logistics or shipping whether digital or traditional.
