As of 1st of July 2016 Syndicate 457 commenced writing Financial Lines business.

The book comprises Financial Institutions business principally Small to Medium-sized Commercial, Retail & Savings Banks as well as Central Banks, Depositories, Funds & Stockbrokers. The account benefits from worldwide spread and main areas include Latin America, Caribbean, Middle East & Far East.

Another part of the book focuses on a well-established SME Professional Indemnity/Directors’ & Officers’/Management Liability business that distributes cover worldwide (excluding the US) through the London Market and regionally in the UK.

Coverage includes:

  • Bankers’ Blanket Bond comprising Employee Infidelity, Premises, Transit, Forgery as well as Computer Crime, FI Professional Indemnity and FI Directors’ &Officers’
  • Professional Indemnity – designed to protect an individual or company against claims made against them arising out of the provision of a professional service.
  • Management Liability/Directors’ and Officers’ – encompasses a number of products designed to provide management professionals with insurance protection when they have been accused by a third party of a wrongful act in connection with their business.
