Curriculum Vitae

Paula Homan joined HSB in 2019 as Director of Engineering Services for HSB Engineering Insurance Services Limited, responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the engineering inspection service; including the national engineering field force.

Prior to joining HSB, Paula ran her own consultancy company focused on providing consultancy services for claims. She began her career at Norwich Union and went on to work in legal practice before returning to the insurance sector. Paula has held various leadership roles within Homeserve PLC including Director of Claims, Head of Transformation and Senior Best Practice Manager. Her career also includes roles at Anderson Eden Solicitors and Easthams Solicitors.

Paula has over 25 years’ experience in leadership, operational effectiveness, service delivery and customer experience strategy. From her time at HomeServe, Paula experienced Digital Transformation and what it takes to deliver customer service via a field-based operation.

Paula holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Law degree from the University of Central Lancashire.
