Head of Customer Service
Debbie Davies joined HSB Engineering Insurance ('HSBEIL') in 2016 and has held the role of Head of Customer Service since 2021, with responsibility for delivering positive customer outcomes across HSBEIL’s Customer Trading Hub and Claims functions. Prior to this, Debbie held the position of Operations Manager, responsible for operational leadership and customer service delivery across the Customer Solutions Centre.
Prior to joining HSBEIL, Debbie was Head of Operations at RSA Motability, responsible for the operational leadership of customer service, customer insight and operational effectiveness.
Debbie has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, leadership, operational effectiveness and service delivery.
