Debbie Davies joined HSB UK and Ireland in 2016 and was appointed to Director of Customer Operations in 2022, with responsibility for delivering positive customer outcomes across HSB’s Customer Trading Hub and Claims functions.

From 2021, Debbie was Head of Customer Service and prior to this, held the position of Operations Manager, responsible for operational leadership and customer service delivery across the Customer Solutions Centre.

Before joining HSB, Debbie was Head of Operations at RSA Motability, responsible for the operational leadership of customer service, customer insight and operational effectiveness.

Debbie has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, leadership, operational effectiveness and service delivery.
