The Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC) is pleased to announce that the Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company of Canada (BI&I), part of Munich Re, has maintained its support of the Broker Identity Program (BIP) at the Full Partner level.
Launched in 1988, the mission of the Broker Identity Program is to raise awareness of the insurance broker distribution network and promote the value and professionalism of brokers to consumers, insurers and governments. The program’s centrepiece is the magenta BIPPER logo, a widely recognized symbol representing the choice, advice, and advocacy that brokers bring to their clients.
“The strength of the P&C Insurance industry relies on a strong and robust broker distribution channel. BI&I is once again pleased to partner with IBAC as it continues to advocate for brokers and insurance clients,” said Dave Picot, BI&I’s Chief Operating Officer.
IBAC Chief Executive Officer Peter Braid added: “We are delighted that the Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company of Canada (BI&I) is continuing their commitment to our branding program at the Full Partner level. Their support reinforces the importance of insurance brokers in providing security and peace of mind to their clients.”
