Ann Hildreth

Ann Hildreth is Vice President, Technical Risk and Renewable Energy for HSB Canada

Ann is a recognized high-hazard equipment breakdown industry leader and a strong advocate for the specialty practice of equipment breakdown insurance, underwriting, and engineering.   She was most recently Toronto Power Leader, Mining and Power Practice at Marsh Canada and for many years was Machinery Risk Solutions Practice Leader.   Prior to Marsh, she managed HSB Canada’s Technical Risk Department.   The Board of Directors appointed her Vice President in 2018.

Ann is actively involved in industry associations, including the Risk Management Society, Ontario Risk Management Society, and is an ambassador with the Insurance Institute of Canada.   In addition, Ann founded and co-chaired the PRIDE Colleague Resource Group while at Marsh and is a diversity and inclusion advocate.   Ann holds the Canadian Risk Management Designation and is a Chartered Insurance Professional.
