Board of Management remuneration under the German Corporate Governance Code
As required by the provisions of the German Corporate Governance
Code, the following tables show the benefits granted and
remuneration paid out to individual members of the Board of
Management in the year under review.
The basic remuneration, remuneration in kind/fringe benefits and
pension expenses (sum of personnel expenses for defined benefit
plans and defined contribution plans) are in accordance with German
Accounting Standard No. 17 (DRS 17). There are some deviations with
regard to variable remuneration for annual and multi-year
performance.
