Munich Reinsurance Company’s InvestorPortal offers shareholders a comprehensive online service for the Annual General Meeting. Once you have registered using your personal shareholder information, you can access the following online services:
Year-round:
- Register to receive the invitation documents for the Annual General Meeting by e-mail
- View your contact details and shareholding recorded in the share register
- Change your e-mail address or your password
Before and during the Annual General Meeting:
- Cast postal vote
- Power of attorney and instructions to the Company proxies
- Power of attorney to a proxy
- Register for the Annual General Meeting
- Ordering admission tickets as part of a physical Annual General Meeting
- Issue or change instructions
- Submission and retrieval of statements in text form on agenda items as part of a Virtual Annual General Meeting
- Exercising the right to speak via video communication as part of a Virtual Annual General Meeting
- Streaming of the Annual General Meeting
After the Annual General Meeting:
- Voting confirmation after the Annual General Meeting
