Pursuant to the Insurance (Public Disclosure) Rules (Cap. 41) issued by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority ("IA"), Munich Reinsurance Company Hong Kong Branch publishes its audited financial statements and disclosure statements in accordance with the applicable public disclosure requirements for authorised insurers in Hong Kong. The disclosure statements are prepared in accordance with the Hong Kong Risk-based Capital ("RBC") framework and related public disclosure requirements.
