How to apply online

Application process

In the following we explain step by step how you send us your data through our applicant portal (professionals and trainees):

  • Prepare your documents ideally in three pdf documents (of max. 5 MB each). One should contain the cover letter, one the curriculum vitae and the third all relevant references and qualifications. If the number of documents should not suffice due to the limited storage capacity, two further attachments with a maximum of 5 MB can also be uploaded.
  • Using the "Apply" link in the job advertisement you access the applicant portal on our website. Here you can log-in with your existing applicant account to use data and documents that you already have stored there.
  • If you do not have an account yet, you can set one up now if you wish. If you do not wish to register, you can send us your application documents by launching the application dialogue by clicking on "Apply without registering".
  • Now you can enter your personal data. Make sure you fill in all fields marked with a red asterisk. These fields are obligatory.
  • In the next two steps of the process you can upload your prepared documents.
  • We then ask you to answer questions on the position you are applying for. You can also add information about your training and qualification here if you wish.
  • Now you can send your application to Human Resources by confirming it. You can save an intermediate version for subsequent further work at any time (only if you have a registered account).

If you already have your documents ready to upload, your online application will take about five minutes.
